Every business on our marketplace is vetted and its financials verified before it goes live. We review every business personally and only list the ones we'd be comfortable buying ourselves, so buyers can run diligence with confidence and sellers are matched with serious, qualified buyers.
Every deal is handled by real people: our vetting team reviews each business, our sales team guides buyers and sellers through negotiation, and our migrations team handles the handover.
And when a deal closes, our work isn't done. Our migrations team handles the transfer of accounts, assets, and supplier relationships — the hardest part of any acquisition — so both sides can move forward with peace of mind.
